Owner: Michael Vincent (AKA: BMF)
Body Style: BCBee
Motor: 1915cc

Michael has owned his tub for a while now.  He is continuously working to make it faster and look better.  He enjoys taking it on the street, strip, or sand.

Owner: Al VanZandt
Style: El Lobo
Motor: 1915cc

Believe it or not.  This is the same buggy as his old green one.  After a sweet paint job, tricked out roll bar, and a steering wheel made by Al himself, he turned his nice looking tub into a show winning, head turner.  It is still powered by a strong running 1915cc motor with the 4-barrel holley carb setup and custom intake.

Owner: Amy VanZandt
Style: Unknown
Motor: 1835cc

Amy transformed her old purple buggy once again.  It went from being buried in a field with a tree growing out of it, to the eye-catching glitter bug you see today.  It is still the old "hand-laid" fiberglass body as before, but this time a hard top was added to it.

Owner: Greg Hudson
Style: Original Manx Survivor
Motor: 1915cc

This amazing buggy has had more beating and loving than all of the other buggies combined.  He has had this car in the family for 25 years.  He enjoys taking it to the dunes, drags, and trail riding.

Owner: Jim (AKA: Hump Diddy) & Terri Chapman
Style: El Lobo
Motor: 1776cc

Jim has owned his buggy for a little while now.  It has the original gel-coat finish in amazing condition.  He likes to go street cruising, dune busting, and he has even been on strip.  His 1776cc powered machine was running in the upper 9's in  the 1/8th mile.

Owner: Tim Lucas
Style: Unknown
Motor: 1835cc

Tim lets his sweet 1835cc drink out of a single 44idf Weber.  He enjoys going for cruises and taking it to the dunes.  He wants to give this one to his girl and build a "bad ass" tub.  If not, he plans to bump up to a dual carb setup.

Owner: Jason Buller
Style: BCBee
Motor: 1641cc

Jason has had his buggy for close to 15 years, but it has been in the family for nearly 30 years.  It was certified by the actual person that molded the B.C. Buggy style.  It rides on a stock 1964 VW chassis and he still has a little bit of work to do.

Owner: Kenny & Shannon Smith
Style: El Lobo  (AKA: Silver Bullet)
Motor: 1679cc

This 1679cc motor has a dual carb setup and was restored in only one and a half months.  Their car sees lots of time up at the Silver Lake sand dunes, and they enjoy taking the entire family out for cruises.

Owner: Greg & Missy Tilley
Style: Citation
Motor: 1915cc

Greg and the family like to take their dune buggy up to the Silver Lake sand dunes when they get the chance.  They also like cruisin' for ice cream with the group on the weekends.  This buggy's spunky 1915cc motor is equipped with dual Kadron carbs.

Owner: John Mahoney
Style: Rattler
Motor: 1641cc

John's Rattler style body was made by B/N Industry and rests on a 1959 Beetle chassis.  It was restored from the ground up during the Winter of 2005 with help from Al VanZandt, Jim Chapman, Jay Mahoney, Doug Bradshaw, Greg Hudson, and Brian Lillibridge.  The paint job was done by Randy Brown of Battle Creek.  His buggy was purchased on Ebay from Detroit, MI.  Jim Chapman helped him retrieve his ride and save it from certain death.  He likes cruising around town with the other club members and cruising into car shows too.  In his 1st year unveiling his new ride, he has gone 8-for-8 at car shows attended (8 shows - 8 trophies).  It has motorcycle rear view mirrors, head lights, and turn signals.  The taillights are from a 1965 Chevy Corvair.  He is looking forward to all the car shows and cruises in the near future.

Owner: John (Jay) Mahoney
Style: Spatz
Motor: 1600cc

Jay purchased his buggy in June 2004 and drove it around for the rest of the season.  By May 2005, it was completely restored with the wonderful paint job you see today.  It won 'Best Paint' at Jim's Buggy Show in Nashville, MI this year.  He likes to take it out and cruise when everyone gets together.

Owner: Scott Clark
Style: Original Manx
Motor: 1835cc

Scott enjoys cruising with the group when he gets the chance.  He actually drove this car all the way from Battle Creek to Baldwin to go camping.  His 1835cc engine currently has Dellortos and a stock tranny.  He has many upgrades in mind, so look for this classic to only get better.

Owner: Bob Tomkinson
Email: bathtubbug@yahoo.com
Style: Unknown
Motor: 1835cc

Bob's unknown body style sits atop a 1962 chassis.  The old 1600 was swapped for a peppy 1835cc with a mild cam and dual carbs.  He just recently restored it from the ground, up.  He loves to cruise with the club.

Owner: Sue Tomkinson
Style: Tuff Tub
Motor: 1600cc

Sue (wife to Bob) also enjoys cruising with the club.  This body is mounted on a 1962 non-hacked VW chassis.  This is a great family cruiser as it can hold 4-5 people.

Need Description.

Owner: Sally Slayton
Style: Bradley GT
Motor: 1300cc

Sally graciously hosted the 2006 group photographs at her ice cream parlor (Sal's Scoop Shop) on the south side of Battle Creek.  Her kit car is a 1972? Bradley GT titled as a 1968 VW.  It has been Jaguar green since 2001.  Before it had a gaudy red and blue paint job with huge metal flake.  It also used to have a 'dog house' on the back, a long low back.  Her husband Ed wants to put something bigger than the current 1300cc motor in it, but told him she could still get a ticket with what she has.  Besides, if she goes too fast, no one will see her.

Thanks for all the support.
